Drawing on country music’s longstanding tradition that the song is king, Drunk on the Wind crafts stripped-down, earthy narratives steeped in a sense of place.
Bio
Drunk on the Wind was started by front man Bryant Tench, or bassist Jeff Mann; only God knows what really happened. One thing we know is it began in living rooms, back porches and yards among friends across Clarkesville, Georgia in the summer of 2014. David Todd was also a regular at these informal picking sessions, and was soon enlisted to add leads, and the three began to develop their own material. With the addition of Carter Corn on mandolin and harmonica, and Kevin Rose on drums, what began as back porch pickin’ blossomed into full blown band.
